We carefully evaluate all provided specifications to identify the necessary manufacturing processes, ensuring that we produce a part that fully meets your requirements. Following this assessment, we will present you with a detailed quote for your approval.

Step 2: Documentation Requirements

Once the customer’s purchase order is received, Neco will start the process of creating a job order with all the required information that was provided by the customer, including:

  1. Part Number
  2. Revision
  3. Part Name
  4. Material
  5. Piece Parts (if required)
  6. Component Assembly (if required)
  7. Finish (if required)
  8. Part Tolerance Requirements

Step 3: Production

The production manager will assess material availability and schedule the order for production. The department supervisor—whether in Sheet Metal, Machining, or Gaskets—will initiate the production process. Once the first article part is completed, the operator will submit it to the quality team for inspection. Upon approval by quality, the operator may proceed with the full production run. Quality control will continuously inspect the parts at each stage of the manufacturing process.

Step 4: Quality Requirements

Upon completion of the order, the quality team will compile all documentation related to the manufacturing process. After meticulously verifying the accuracy of these documents, they will be scanned and securely archived for a minimum of 10 years. This thorough documentation process ensures traceability and compliance with industry standards. By maintaining these records, we safeguard the integrity of our manufacturing processes and are able to respond swiftly to any future inquiries or audits.

Step 5: Shipping

The Shipping Manager will carefully review the job order to determine the specific shipping requirements, such as bagging, tagging, and packaging the parts to prevent any damage during transit. Each part is handled with precision to ensure that it reaches its destination in perfect condition. Additionally, the Shipping Manager oversees the selection of appropriate packaging materials and methods, tailored to the unique needs of each order. This attention to detail not only safeguards the integrity of the parts but also ensures compliance with customer specifications and industry standards, delivering peace of mind with every shipment.
